My Wedding Vibe is a curated community of wedding suppliers who work Dorset weddings. No paid rankings. No algorithm deciding who gets seen. Just suppliers checked by a real person, who send work each other's way.

My Wedding Vibe is the opposite of pay-to-play.
No sponsored listings, no bidding for the top spot and no algorithm.
The Lineup is free. You are here because you fit, not because you outspent someone.
That includes suppliers who may not see themselves reflected in the big directories. Neurodivergent business owners. LGBTQ+ suppliers and the couples who want to book them without having to ask first. Anyone building an accessible, disability-aware wedding day. You are not an afterthought here, and you never need to explain yourself to be included. It is why the Poole Showcase has a Quiet Hour, with lower music, no announcements and a calmer room.
Just suppliers who care about the work, and people who understand it.

A real person reads every application. We look at the work and the way you treat people, and we tell you straight either way.

If there is a place in your category, you are added to The Lineup and hear about new Showcase dates as soon as they are set.
I started this. We build it.
I am Gemma Hurlstone, and My Wedding Vibe started with me. Not a faceless listings site, not a big brand selling visibility back to you. Every supplier is checked by a real person, because a community is only ever as good as who you let into it.
I have run wedding fairs across Dorset, from Poole to Bridport, and more than 8 in 10 suppliers who exhibited say they would come back.
But this was never meant to be one person's stage. It is a room, I want the people in it to write, teach, share what they know, and send couples to each other. Collaboration over competition is the whole point.
And the room is open. Whatever you look like, whoever you love, wherever you come from, however your brain works: if you care about the work and the way people are treated, there is a seat here with your name on it.
The My Wedding Vibe Showcase

Then Saturday 20 February 2027 at Iwerne House, Iwerne Minster, 11am to 3pm, same £5 tickets. Get your Iwerne House ticket. The separate Dorset Wedding Sessions is on Saturday 17 April 2027 at Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens.
Not the usual wedding fair. A calmer room where couples can talk to suppliers face to face, talk openly about pricing, and take their time, while suppliers meet couples, and each other.
There is a Quiet Hour at 2pm, with lower music, no announcements and a calmer room. Tickets are £5 per wedding party plus a £1.13 Eventbrite fee, £6.13 total for up to 4 adults, with timed entry. Under-16s come free with a paying adult. Suppliers book by application, and a stand at Poole is £150, the same for every supplier, with guaranteed power £10 extra.
