A calmer, more honest way to plan
My Wedding Vibe is a values-led wedding community for the whole of the UK. A vetted directory of suppliers worth booking, a supplier membership that feels like belonging, and events that bring real people together in real life.
We are at home in Dorset and building outwards. The idea is simple. The best weddings come from real connections, not the loudest adverts.
Because the usual way leaves people out
Finding a wedding supplier should feel exciting. Instead it often means wading through sponsored listings, where the businesses at the top are the ones who paid the most to be there, not the ones who fit you best. You open tab after tab and still have no real sense of who these people are.
We wanted somewhere calmer. A smaller, considered group of suppliers, each one checked by a real person, presented honestly, with no ranking games in the background. Somewhere couples can choose on character and craft, and where the people the wedding industry usually forgets finally see themselves included.
What My Wedding Vibe is
Three things, all pulling in the same direction.
The directory
A vetted list of suppliers worth booking. A place here is earned, never bought. It is a perk of belonging to our community, not a paid advert.
The Vibe Tribe
Our supplier membership. Suppliers join because they share what we stand for, not to buy their way up a list. Doors are open now, with £25 a month locked for 12 months for the first 25 founding members.
The events
The Dorset Wedding Sessions bring couples and suppliers together in real life, so the connections start long before anyone signs a contract.
Run by one person, on purpose
My Wedding Vibe is mine. Not a faceless directory, not a big brand selling visibility back to you.
I am Gemma. Every supplier here is vetted by a real person, because a community is only ever as good as who you let into it. I know the suppliers in it, so when a couple finds you here, they are finding someone genuinely worth booking, chosen for the work and the way you treat people, not for what you can spend.
This is not my first room full of wedding suppliers either. I have run wedding fayres here in Dorset before this, and the rest of my week is spent helping small businesses build calmer ways of working. My Wedding Vibe is those two things joined up.
Being one person means I can hold the whole thing to a standard a big platform never could. No ad budgets deciding who gets seen. No algorithm quietly reshuffling the list. Just a considered group of people I would happily recommend to a friend.
Built for the people the industry usually forgets
Neurodivergent suppliers. LGBTQ+ couples and the suppliers who welcome them properly. People planning an accessible or disability-aware day. You should not have to hunt for the businesses who already get it, or explain yourself to be included here. That belief runs through everything we build.

Suppliers, the Vibe Tribe is open now. The first 25 founding members keep £25 a month, locked for their first 12 months. Every member is checked by a real person, and if it is not the right fit, we will say so straight and refund you in full.
