For suppliers who work Dorset weddings
You do not need to be based in Dorset, but you do need to genuinely work Dorset weddings. Couples who come are planning weddings here, and they should meet suppliers they can genuinely book.
Exhibiting is application only, and a real person reads every application. We cap every category, so you are never one of five of the same thing in a row, and the room stays balanced for couples and for you.
We have run wedding fairs across Dorset before this, and more than 8 in 10 suppliers who exhibited say they would come back. Here is how a few of them put it.

Each Showcase has its own stand price, and every supplier at that event pays the same. No tiers, no deals for the loudest voice in the room.

The Showcases are built around what couples tell us they want from a wedding fair: knowing what things cost, no pressure to book, and a welcome whatever the size of their wedding.

Do I have to be based in Dorset?
No, but you do need to genuinely work Dorset weddings. The Showcases are for suppliers couples here can book.
How much is a stand?
Each Showcase has its own stand price, the same for every supplier at that event. A stand at the Poole Showcase on 31 January is £150. Prices for February and April are announced with each date. Guaranteed power is £10 extra.
How big is a stand, and when do I set up?

Are the Showcases the Dorset Wedding Sessions?
No. The Dorset Wedding Sessions are a separate joint venture with Jess at Wild Soul Wedding Co, and places are by waitlist only. To join the waitlist, email hello@myweddingvibe.com.
