Quiet Hour: The 2pm slot is Quiet Hour: lower music, no tannoy announcements, a calmer and less crowded room. Built for neurodivergent, disabled and anxious guests, and everyone is welcome.

Access is level and step-free throughout, with accessible parking and toilets on site, and the Waterfront Terrace is right there when you need a minute of air. Tickets are £5 per wedding party, up to 4 adults, and capped, which keeps the room calm and keeps it for couples who are actually planning. Your ticket includes the printed Showcase guide: every supplier in the room with their starting prices or price ranges, so you leave with a shortlist, not a bag of confusion. Exhibiting is application only

Every couple in the room bought a ticket to be there. That is the difference. Nobody wanders in for the free fizz. Every conversation you have is with a couple who paid to plan their wedding that day.

We cap every category, so you are never one of five photographers in a row. A stand is £100 for everyone, with no member and non-member split, and guaranteed power is an extra £10. Suppliers already on The Lineup hear about each date first.

The Dorset Wedding Sessions

A joint venture with Wild Soul Wedding Co. Places are by waitlist only.

The Sessions are separate from the My Wedding Vibe Showcases. They are run with Jess at Wild Soul Wedding Co: smaller, slower days with natural styling and a handful of friendly, inclusive suppliers. The first Sessions were held at The Blue Pool near Wareham.

The next dates are not public. Join the waitlist and you will hear about them before anyone else. Just email us your name and whether you are a couple or a supplier.
