A calmer wedding fair in Poole, and not the usual kind. A room of Dorset suppliers, each checked by a real person and asked to share a starting price or useful range. No pressure to book, and every kind of wedding welcome.

- The 2pm slot is Quiet Hour: lower music, no tannoy announcements, a calmer and less crowded room. Built for neurodivergent, disabled and anxious guests, and everyone is welcome.

- Full refund up to 48 hours before the event. After that your ticket is non-refundable, but you can transfer it to someone else.
- Access
- The Waterfront Suite is on the ground floor, with accessible toilets on site. Reception works are planned for January, so we are confirming the arrival route and step-free access with the venue. Email us before booking if you have a specific access need.
- Parking
- On-site visitor parking is subject to availability. We are confirming January parking arrangements during the reception works. Pay and display car parks are within walking distance.
- Getting there
- A short walk from Poole town centre and Poole railway station, on the quay.

If that sounds draining, the 2pm Quiet Hour is built for you: lower music, no tannoy announcements, a calmer and less crowded room, and nobody minds why you chose it. Is the My Wedding Vibe Showcase a wedding fair?
Yes, in the plain sense: a room of Dorset wedding suppliers you can meet in person, on Sunday 31 January 2027 from 11am to 3pm at RNLI College, Poole. It is not the usual kind, though. Each supplier is checked by a real person and asked to share a starting price or useful range, entry is timed, and there is no pressure to book.

What is Quiet Hour?
Quiet Hour is the 2pm entry slot. The music is lower, there are no tannoy announcements, and the room is calmer and less crowded. It is built for neurodivergent, disabled and anxious guests, and everyone is welcome.

Exhibiting is application only
A calmer room, with time for meaningful conversations with couples, and with the other suppliers around you. We have run wedding fairs across Dorset before, and more than 8 in 10 suppliers who exhibited say they would come back.
We cap every category, so you are never one of five photographers in a row. A stand at Poole is £150, the same for every supplier, and guaranteed power is £10 extra. Suppliers already on The Lineup hear about new Showcase dates as soon as they are set.

The Dorset Wedding Sessions
Saturday 17 April 2027 at Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens, co-hosted with Jess at Wild Soul Wedding Co.
The Sessions are separate from the My Wedding Vibe Showcases. They are run with Jess at Wild Soul Wedding Co: smaller, slower days with natural styling and a handful of friendly, inclusive suppliers. The first Sessions were held at The Blue Pool near Wareham.
Supplier applications are open on the Sessions website. Couples can register to hear when tickets are released. Opening times and couple ticket prices are still to be confirmed.
